VOLUNTEERS

Our team of volunteers is composed of an amazing group of servant-hearted people. On the page that follows, you will find descriptions of what each volunteer position entails. It is important to us that you understand that without our volunteers, we would not exist. We certainly appreciate the people God has led to volunteer with Emerge.

Weekend Experience Leader:  Every Sunday we meet for the Worship Experience. Each week students experience high-energy worship, relevant teaching, and consistent small group interaction. The role of the Worship Experience Leader is to create a comfortable environment for students and facilitate small group dialog after the message.

Ministry Team Coach:  Coaches oversee and care for students involved in a ministry team. This leadership position would include a mentor relationship with the student leaders where you set an example for them, and guide them in their leadership role to make their ministry the best it can be.

Resource Team: We are constantly in need of individuals who can’t commit to ongoing ministry, but are willing to volunteer in different capacities for limited amounts of time and energy.  Resource leaders are primarily adults who wish to be involved in some aspect of Emerge but are unable to make a weekly commitment.
